Pledges are still coming in and with the funds which the church has available otherwise, the final total available will be much more than the figure to date.Sunday, April 8 launched the actual canvassing drive with 22 teams of two men each, making the contacts. Of 149 calls made, there were 131 pledges received. This represents a participation of 88 per cent.
